Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized posters are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. This typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at Negib@eggplantstudio.design to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging to ensure it’s protected during transit.

Shipping Costs

  • For Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • For Exchanges: We’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
